This kraut is savory. It has a rye bread flavor from the caraway seeds. We love it with pork, or as a side dish!
Our sauerkraut is more of a crunchy slaw. It's fermented 10-14 days and still has the zing of fermentation but isn't mushy. this kraut goes will with brats, burgers, reubens, on a cheese board, or straight out of the jar.
