This is our take on traditional kraut, but BETTER! It is not mushy, and it not filled with preservatives. It maintains the crunch and has just the right amount of “sour.” We enjoy this with potatoes, on anything grilled, or as a reuben!


Our sauerkraut is more of a crunchy slaw. It's fermented 10-14 days and still has the zing of fermentation but isn't mushy. this kraut goes will with brats, burgers, reubens, on a cheese board, or straight out of the jar.
